Shipping Policy:
We provide complimentary shipping for our jewelry items to all states within the Continental USA. We also offer international shipping at the most affordable rates. However, please note that any customs, duty fees, and VAT charges are your responsibility.
Once we receive your payment (Monday-Friday), your order will be processed within 1-2 working days. You will receive an email with a tracking number once your item(s) have been shipped.
Unfortunately we are unable to offer 14-30 days returns & exchanges but if you are unhappy with your purchase and would like to return for an exchange or refund, contact me within 48 hours of receiving your item to request the exchange/return.
Once approved, your unused & unworn item must be postmarked & shipped back to us within 5 days of receiving. Once we receive your return and verify it's in the same condition as when we shipped it, we will send out your chosen exchange item or process your refund for original purchase price.
We do not refund return shipping charges. We do charge a 20% restocking fee on some items but we will notify you before the return process. Custom items or items that have been altered or sized per buyer's request are not eligible for return & exchange.
