This printed strip of paper is 18 inches across and 4 inches high. In the center is a 1946 Calendar and an ad for New Peruna Tonic. On either side are photos of country music stars. The best known today are Chester (Chet) Atkins and  The Sons of the Pioneers. There's a photo of Will Lenay standing in front of a WLW microphone. WLW, a radio station in Cincinnati, had several successful country music shows, and I suspect all of the acts shown were performers on the shows.  Peruna advertised with a number stations with country music shows. The company was founded in the late 19th century and lasted at least until sometime in the 1950's. At first the product was mostly alcohol and coloring. The Food and Drug Act of 1906 forced them to lower the alcohol content and ad some ingredients that could be classified as a tonic. Enough alcohol remained that  the tonic was very popular during Prohibition. With alcohol legal again, the ads stressed that it cured and  helped protect against colds - in the early 50's they were forced to stop making these claims as they were largely bogus. Groups pictured on the ad are Kactus Kids, Cousin Emmy and her Gang, Cap, Andy, Milt, Charkie and Honey, Orville Miller, Uncle Enoch and His gang, The Briarhoppers,  Smiling Hillbillies, Pet Haley and his Log Cabin Girls, The Haden Family, Morning Frolic,  Bohemian Orchestra, The Bar Nothing Gang, Lafe Harkness, Chester Atkins, The Turner Brothers, Guy Blakeman,  Callahan Brothers, Ben & Jessie Mae Norman, Blue Bonnet Girls, Pete Cassell, King of the Hillbillies,  Little Joe's Jamboree, Sons of the Pioneers and the Herrington Sisters. The paper has some wear on the edges and corners and a small scratch on 2 images.
