Best Choice Products were also sold in Walmart, which is where this was brought.  I have used it nearly every two weeks making shortbread cookies, and sometime pizza dough.  This mixer was manufactured in China, as are most Best Choice Products.  The left hand dial raises the tilt mechanism, and the circle dial controls the speeds.  The Mixer body is heavy-duty Plastic to keep the weight down and it has a pour guard, along with a metal bowl that goes in the dishwasher for easy cleaning.
