All unused and unwanted goods must be returned within 14 days of receipt. A refund or exchange will be offered provided the returned goods are in "as new" resalable condition with all original packaging and contents. The buyer is always responsible for the safe return of unwanted or faulty goods.
Under no circumstances will Haz Motorsport be held liable for any fitting/labour charges incurred by the buyer. It is entirely the buyer's responsibility to ensure they have ordered the correct part prior to fitment and the part has been installed correctly by a qualified mechanic/technician.
No liability or returns are accepted where buyers attempt to modify or adjust components. A minimum handling fee of 20% may be charged for returns of special-order items.
