the white on the cover is very bright white!  this is usually not the case

just a little wear in a few spots on the spine, and that's about it! (see pix) 

this has a "slick," glossy feel, like it just came off the newsstand

note: that little bit of "smudgy marks" on the back cover towards the left is a manufacturing issue; most copies of this issue have something similar.  it is not wear
