Acceptable condition. The item has some yellowing and tattered edges, and had been stored folded by the original owner. Also possible clipped pages or articles  that may have been missed in grading since I am processing a bunch of these. 

This item is recommended if you want to enjoy the articles and cool ads, not if you are looking for the highest-graded copy. But a very cool specimen from over 45 years ago!
