Omni R&D's Muffle Furnaces contain heat insulating materials that adopts inorganic Alumina fiber, which is formed with vacuum absorption, and provides environmental protection and energy saving capabilities. The furnace body has a double air cooling structure to control furnace surface temperatures at no more than 60℃ when furnace is heated to the maximum temperature. Made of various heat insulating materials to help make this furnace smaller, while also ensuring less energy consumption.

Please put furnace into fume hood for better safety Small cracks may appear on the surface of the refractory ceramics over extended use. This is a normal occurrence and the cracks may be repaired with alumina coating. You shall place the sample in to a crucible. Never place sample on the chamber bottom directly.
