In the event of receiving an item mishandled by the carrier:

Please provide us with pictures and a description of the damage 

So we may file an insurance claim for you. 

Shipping costs are not covered by insurance nor by us 

 Most shippers require you to bring the item,  box and packing to one of their locations for proof of damage,  failure to provide these items will result in non payment of damage claim.
