I visit the post office several times a week, which means your item will usually ship within my stated handling time. However, delays due to weather, family emergency, or other unforeseen events can sometime cause a delay.  Priority or First Class mail will be used for fragile and small items and Media mail for books, DVDs, and videotapes.  Tracking numbers, if available, are uploaded to your EBay sales record.  I pack fragile items carefully. However, despite my best efforts, breakage while it is in the hands of the postal service can occur. Please save the box/envelope and shipping materials and notify me if damage has occured.
