I cook mine in a press at 375 for 30 seconds then flip over for 20 more. You may need different settings please always check as you go so your cup doesn’t burn. 

In a oven I never go above 365 degrees I cook for 6 minutes and do not turn. This may also be different than the settings you’ll need. All ovens are different and smaller ovens cook faster
