This is a ladies "Milos" wristwatch from the 1930s. The fancy floral engraved dial is marked Milos (Switzerland 1920s). The 17 Jewel 7 Adjustments works are marked Savoy Watch Company (New york 1930s) and Milos. The case is marked Pioneer W(atch) C(ase) Co. and "Everwear White". The back has a yellow gold plaque. The winder is yellow gold colored and has blue sapphire glass cabochon. The case has space for four sapphire glass navettes, one is intact, two are damaged, one is missing. The band is a Kestenmade "Permawear" with 1934 patent number. It appears to be over wound and does not work. It does "set".
Significant flaws not depicted in the photos are described here-with, minor flaws and normal wear are not. Unless the item is described as new, assume there will be minor flaws or wear commensurate with a used item of given age.
