All Pacemaker & King Brown products come with a Manufacturer Warranty from the date of invoice.

WARRANTY PERIOD

Pacemaker Headers – 2 years (12 months for LPG applications)
Pacemaker Exhausts – 5 years (excludes cat converters)
King Brown Exhausts – 5 years (excludes cat converters)

WARRANTY TERMS
Warranty replacement parts are only issued after inspection of part by the manufacturer (this may require return of the product to our Knoxfield head office) and are subject to approval.

Performance Exhaust will provide a replacement part (no refunds) for the following issues:
Item is damaged and unusable upon arrival
There is a manufacturing fault with the product
Product has failed due to a manufacturing fault or quality

All warranties are limited and do not apply if:
Parts are not installed correctly
Parts have been abused, altered or damaged in any way
Parts are not correctly maintained
Parts are not operated within the manufacturers specifications, installed on modified or high performance engines, vehicles or race cars.


Manufacturer Warranty covers the replacement of the part only and does not include any additional costs of labour, fitting or damages. Performance Exhaust is not liable for losses or expenses incurred due to defects or any third party claims.

 

 

Will my product be the same as pictured?

Products can vary from pictures as manufacturers change items and in some cases we source

from different suppliers. If you want to check if item is the same as picture please

contact us.

Can I pick up my purchase?

Yes you can.

Our opening hours are 8am to 5pm Monday to Thursday and 8am to 4:30pm Friday.

Please contact our staff prior to your arrival to ensure your item is ready for collection.

Can you make custom parts?

We design, manufacture and install various components at our state of the art facility.

We take pride in the science behind exhausts and therefore we understand how to enhance

your machine to exceed your expectations.

Why is the part different from picture or description?

Sometimes manufacturers change the design or colour from time to time which

makes it different from description. They do this to constantly improve products and designs from customer feedback.

We will try to update listings as we become aware of changes but can't be held responsible for these updates or differences from pictures or descriptions.
