This adapter will let you use a CF memory card in a Classic 3rd or 4th Generation iPod.

Please note: It has to be a real Compact Flash CF card, you can't use a SD to CF card adapter in this adapter.

When you attach the iPod to iTunes it will reflash the CF card for you.
