This is a beautiful, wall hanging bill or mail rack made of wood and decorated with the popular blue willow pattern.  The blue willow design is not original and was added by a blue willow enthusiast. It measures 12 inches high, 6.5 inches long and 2.5 inches wide.  It is in good vintage condition condition as shown on photos.   Package weight is about 3lbs.
