I will be honest I know anything about these old rods. All I can say is I used all spaces available for pictures. This way it can be looked over carefully before you purchase.

The cork handle does appear to be in bad shape

The eyelets of course are rusted but they are there

Could use a good cleaning for sure.

Will be shipped in a hard cardboard tube for protection.
