Framed item measures 14" x 11".  Item is a framed photograph of an African American group in late nineteenth century attire.  Background of picture is a stone wall with foliage.  Photo is matted with a white matte and framed in a gray gunmetal frame.  More description is on the letter taped to the back of the item:
