Empire Comfort Systems Direct Vent Fireplace Thermocouple

This is used on PSE and Robertshaw pilot assemblies.

This is for a millivolt valve. 

Millivolt valves can be controlled by a switch, remote control, or thermostat.

This is used by Hearth & Home, Mendota, and many other fireplace companies.

The nut is larger that attaches it to the pilot bracket, and the brass tip has a stopper built in. The attachment nut  is about 1/2" across at the threads.

The thermocouple attachment nut is the same size as a thermopile retaining nut. I have another thermocouple on line that has a smaller retaining nut.

Thermocouple is approximately 27" long.
