There are 4 pairs of handles and one SINGLE handle. 

Includes: 

4 Pieces (2 pair) of small light bamboo handles.  5" Tall X 7" Long.

2 Pieces (1 pair) of medium brown bamboo wood handles.  5.5" Tall X 13.5" Long.  This pair has a solid wood dowel at the bottom.

2 Pieces (1 pair) of light bamboo wood handles.  9.25" Tall X 10" Long.  This pair has a double dowel at the bottom.  These are PLASTIC. 

1 Piece - single handle of light bamboo wood with brass rings attached.  5" Tall X 7" Long

Total of 9 pieces to make a total of 5 purses.  One purse would have a single handle and the other 4 purses would have a double handle.
