Handmade Crackle RAKU VASE Signed JS Studio Art Pottery

Beautiful hand made raku pottery vase

Cream background, with 3 matte (unglazed) black / grey vertical stripes, crackle finish, and metallic paint / glaze in places

Some of the lines resemble horsehair technique, but I think it was a different material, perhaps hay or grass.

Signed JS in two places on the bottom

This vase measures approximately 8.75" high and 7.5" wide, and weighs 5 lb 14 oz

This vase is in excellent pre-owned condition, with no notable damage. There is one small area at the bottom rim that I cannot determine is a chip, or a manufacturing issue (shown in photos #3, #8).

All my items are from a clean, non-smoking, and cat-free home.
