Important Note on Customisation vs. Design Work
Please note that the level of customisation required can affect the time it takes to complete your order.

Basic Customisation: This includes adding text or images that you provide, such as names, simple phrases, or logos. This is a quick process and typically takes no more than 1-2 days.

Design Work: If your customisation involves designing, adjusting fonts, creating new layouts, or making significant changes to the design, this requires more time and may involve multiple drafts and revisions. These projects may take several days to complete depending on the complexity.
Return & Refund Policy for Personalised Items
We take pride in creating high-quality personalised items. Due to their custom nature, our return policy is as follows:
1. Returns & Refunds
- Non-Faulty Items: As these are custom-made, returns and refunds are not accepted unless there is a defect or an error on our part.
- Faulty or Incorrect Items: If you receive an item with a defect or an error, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. We will assess the issue and offer a replacement or refund if necessary.
2. Minor Blemishes & Print Variations
- Personalised items are handcrafted, and minor imperfections (e.g., slight colour variations, minor misalignment, or small print inconsistencies) are part of the printing process.
- These do not qualify as defects unless they significantly impact the design or functionality.
- If you are concerned about an issue, please provide photos for review, and we will determine whether a replacement or refund is appropriate.
3. Proof of Issue
- To process a refund or replacement, we require clear photos of the issue.
- In some cases, we may request a return. If a return is required, we will provide instructions, and return shipping costs may be covered depending on the situation.
4. Cancellations & Changes
- Orders can be cancelled or modified within 24 hours of mock-up approval.
- After this timeframe, changes cannot be guaranteed as production will have begun.
5. Disposal of Faulty Items
- If a refund or replacement is approved without a return, the item must be disposed of and not used.
- Proof of disposal will be required in all cases.
