    3.  Our wheels are fully adjusted and spokes are tightened during assembly. However, we still recommend buyer to double check and tighten the spokes before riding. This is to make wheels keep a balanced level of tension in their components.

    4. Accept customized orders, additional fees may be required. If you want the wheel set in other color combo or rim size, please contact us, we might be able to build them for you. Thanks.  

Warranty Information 

One Year Manufacturer Defect Warranty On KKE Wheels (Include Hub, rim & Spoke) 

Returns/Exchanges: 

  Items can be returned if:  

    1. Not compatible. 

    2. Being obviously damaged or used.         

    3. Wrongfully sent. 

  Note: 

    1.  Please contact us before sending the merchandise back, thank you. 

    2.  Return or Exchange without notifying us may face refuse and delay of service. 

    3.  Customer is responsible for return freight charges if there is nothing wrong with our item.

    4.   Please allow 3-7 business days for refund or exchange to be processed, thank you. 

Please note that wheels can only be washed with “mild soap”Do not wash rim with Natrium hydroxide based liquids (like “wheel wash and “iron removers”), these will spoil the anodization immediately, then the color will be faded.
