This is new old stock vintage Die Cast Miniature Toy Train set by Shackman & Company that was made in Japan. The model # is 3339 and has 4 painted train cars with moving heels and couplers. The twins are detachable and it is advertised as the “smallest train set ever made.” It was called “Toot-Toot.”
