Please ensure that you have the clearance to lower your vehicle by the height specified before purchasing.
Check clearance as suspension parts may hit fuel tank when vehicle is lowered.
Some vehicles may require drilling out of old mounting plates.
Most kits have longer than standard U Bolts and will require cutting to size.

INSTRUCTIONS FOR FITTING LOWERING BLOCKS
1. Jack the car up by the diff and fix axle stands under the front of spring hangers or chassis rails so that the wheels are at last 50mm clear of the ground.
2. Take the wheels off the car and undo the nuts that are at the bottom of the U-bolts.
3. Jack up the diff until the gap between the diff & spring pad is bigger than the height of the lowering blocks being fitted.
4. Check spring pads, top & bottom (if fitted to your vehicle). If they are worn, replace (Nolathane is highly recommended).
5. Now fit lowering blocks in place with recess hole fitting onto spring saddle rubber. Lower jack & square diff to springs.
6. Fit U-bolts over diff housing. Use G clamp if necessary & squeeze U-bolt to fit into holes in lower spring plate. If holes in lower spring plate are too small drill out to 12mm or 14mm depending on application.
7. U-bolts will form to the shape of the diff housing as you tighten up the nuts.
8. It may be necessary on some vehicles to cut excess thread length from the bottom of the U-bolt. This can be done by using a hacksaw.
9. Reverse jacking up procedure.
10. Recheck fitment of lowering blocs & re-tighten nuts after 1 week.
11. Lowering blocks fitment regulations vary from State to State. If doubtful of the requirements, contact your local Government transport office.

We offer a 30 day return policy for change of mind or incorrect purchase. Buyers can send it back and pay for return shipping cost, within 30 days from the delivery date, and has to provide a tracking number. All returned items for item cost refund must be in brand new, unused condition, in their original shipped packaging, sealed and unopened, and must include all parts and accessories.
