Beautiful wood keepsake box, made in Poland (previously owned)

Lovely box with hinged double lid. Incised bird-and-vine motif decorations with metal inlay. Orange stain, oiled finish.

·      6 1/8" x 4 3/8" x 1 5/8" deep.

·      Width with both lids open: 7 1/4".

·      Interior has two compartments, each 3 3/4" x 2 11/16" x 15/16" deep — the perfect size for a deck of cards!

·      Weighs 7oz.

Age unknown. Hinges on right hand lid are slightly looser than those on the left; “Made in Poland” label has become somewhat blurred. Other than that, this piece is in like-new condition.
