If, due to unexpected circumstances, you received a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately, using message system, or contact numbers provided in the leaflet inside a parcel. Full and immediate refund/exchange is guaranteed. Same in case there's a mistake or missing items in the order.

We strive to exceed all your expectations and believe you will be satisfied with your purchase. You can return your bought item for up to 14 days from the date of delivery. In case the item is returned for any other reason besides mentioned above, you are responsible for the return shipping charges. The item needs to be returned in its original packaging and in unused condition.
