This item is in very good to excellent condition.  The pant leg bottoms are designed to be frayed as you can see by the photos.  The approximate measurements when taken with a fabric tape measure are:  31" Waist, 11.5" Rise, 27" inseam, and 18.5" across at the hips when laid flat.
