Given the nature of fiberglass and its manufacturing process, Duraflex parts are not “direct bolt-on” components. Achieving a proper fit may require sanding, cutting, shaving, or filling gaps. In some instances, additional fiberglass reinforcement is necessary to ensure durability and secure attachment. It is often necessary to drill holes or make adjustments for proper alignment during installation.

Custom adjustments are typically required to seamlessly fit Duraflex parts with your vehicle. This process may involve repositioning mounting points, adjusting brackets, or using shims to ensure correct alignment. Enlarging mounting holes or trimming the fiberglass may also be needed to accommodate slight variations in design.

Duraflex also offers a range of accessories and modifications aimed at enhancing both performance and aesthetics. Installing these components may require drilling holes or applying adhesive for secure attachment. In high-performance or track applications, fiberglass reinforcement may be necessary to ensure durability and a proper fit.

For the best results, Duraflex strongly recommends professional installation by a custom shop experienced in handling fiberglass components. Traditional auto repair shops may not have the expertise required to perform these specific modifications.
