"The Travis Louie Walter & Larry's Crypt" Department 56 Halloween Village piece. Introduced in January 2011 and retired in December 2011.  The lights work, it has a new power supply (sadly white not black but it works)  The crypt does have chips around the base and the cross at the top cross/peak is missing.  Other than that SPOOKY!
