Working principle: The self-recovery fuse is composed of specially treated polymer resin and conductive particles (carbon black) distributed inside. Under normal operation, the polymer resin tightly binds the conductive particles outside the crystalline structure to form a chain conductive circuit. At this time, the self-recovery fuse is in the low resistance state. The heat generated by the current flowing through the self-recovery fuse on the circuit is small and will not change the crystal structure. When the circuit is short-circuited or overloaded, the heat generated by the large current flowing through the self-recovery fuse causes the polymer resin to melt, and the volume increases rapidly, forming a high resistance state, The working current decreases rapidly, thus limiting and protecting the circuit. When the fault is eliminated, the self-recovery fuse will be cooled and crystallized again, the volume will shrink, the conductive particles will form a conductive path again, and the self-recovery fuse will return to the low resistance state, thus completing the protection of the circuit without manual replacement.
