Returns
 
Austec Irrigation offers a 100% refund on all products returned within 14 days from the date of purchase so long as the product is in its original condition, including packaging. Proof of purchase will be required at the time of return.
Special orders consisting of non stock items are excluded unless the manufacturer/supplier is prepared to credit Austec Irrigation for such returns and may include a manufacturer handling fee.
All returns are processed by the Manager only between the hours of 8am to 5pm, Monday to Friday.

Warranties

 

All product warranties offered by Austec Irrigation are manufacturers warranties and as such the manufacturer reserves the right to reject any claim made against its product if the defect is not a manufacturing defect. Refer to the following manufacturer’s warranty pages:

Note, if a manufacturer’s warranty is not worth the paper it is printed on, then Austec Irrigation will not stock and/or sell its product.

  • All “warranty transactions” are manufacturer transactions facilitated by Austec Irrigation and as such, products replaced under warranty cannot be returned for a refund.
  • Proof of purchase is required in order to claim a warranty against manufacturing defects.

About Us

During the 1980s and early 1990s Peter Prior operated his own gardening, landscaping and irrigation business from the back of a Holden Ute. But the business eventually outgrew its simple setting and it is now an icon for avid gardeners in Darwin.

Dealing with some of the world's leading brands including Hunter, TORO and Irritrol, many of Austec Irrigation's products are unavailable in hardware stores and warehouses. In order to sell these products you have to be able to provide knowledge and advice, Austec Irrigation has this advantage over many of its competitors with their extensive knowledge of these products.
