Description: Fully Flanged Australite tektites are thought to have originated from the impact of a meteorite or comet. This perfectly flanged australite has several minute perforations and impact curves, thought to have arisen from pressure experienced in the upper atmosphere. There is also prominent gas bubbles on the back of the tektite and also the flanged front.
