Published in Springfield, Massachusetts by National Anti-Drug Publications in 1970.
A locally-printed information booklet designed to look authoritative and neutral while at the same time scaring the living beejesus out of parents. The booklet begins with a message from the very earnest-looking Chief of Police, followed by the full-page admonition: Help Wanted - Desire Confidential Narcotic Traffic Information”, and then a selection of chapters written by both the local NADAP as well as texts contributed by national orgs. such as the National Institute of Mental Health and Smith Kline and French Laboratories (Big Pharma trying to crush the local guys?). There is information on the evil and insidious effects of not only illegal but also some legal drugs and narcotics, a helpful glossary, and much more. Any parent not a nervous wreck or aspiring junior G-man by the end was not paying attention.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION FOR OVERSEAS BUYERS, PLEASE NOTE:
SHIPPING: To comply with Ebay’s policies, all packages are shipped using recorded/trackable methods and you should check the postage quotes before completing a purchase. Our International shipping charges are based on the weight, when packed, of each package -we offer “combined shipping charges” for orders for more than one item –this often means the shipping cost for the items is less than it would have been if they had been purchased and shipped one at a time, so please ask us for a shipping quote if you are thinking about buying more than one item. Thanks!
CUSTOMS CHARGES: Your post office may impose a customs charge on your incoming package, we have no control over this and no information about it, please check with your post office for more information. It is against U.S. law and Ebay rules for us to lie on the customs form about the value of packages, please do not ask us to do this.
