• If the sugar level (FBS) is less than 180, Consume daily in the      morning or 30 to 40 minutes after dinner.

• If sugar level (FBS) is more than 180 ,

Use twice a day in the morning and evening between 30 and      40  minutes after meals.  

Keep a gap of at least 10 hours between morning and evening sessions.

•   Check your sugar level every week.  If the sugar level is low, gradually reduce the use of the drink.

•  After 6 weeks use this once a day for 2-3 days a week.  Then the decreasing sugar level will be able to be maintained uniformly.

How to Make It:

• Add 1 Tea Bag to a cup of Boiled water.

• Cover the cup for 3 minutes.

• Please do not add sugar.

• Follow a proper diet to get good results.
