SPECIFICATIONS

  • One-stop automatic intelligent temperature control: in different environment, user does not need to change setting due to it will automatically switch to appropriate operating temperature.
  • CW-6000AH: applied to cool three 100W CO2 laser tubes or four 80W CO2 laser tubes;
  • CW-6000AI : applied to a cool single CO2 100W RF laser tube;
  • CW-6000AN: applied to a cool a single 100W solid-state laser, a single 22KW CNC spindle or a single 30W-300W fiber laser
  • Optional: CW-6002 dual water inlet and outlet series; heat booster; water filter.

 

Adopt IPG fiber laser for welding and cutting sheet metal. The laser will stop working once it receives alarm signal from the water chiller for protection purpose.

Equipped with water pressure gauges and universal wheels.
Water pressure gauges help monitor the discharge pressure of water pump while univeral wheels facilitate the moving of the chiller.

Inlet and outlet connector equipped.
Chiller inlet connects to laser outlet connector. Chiller outlet connects to laser inlet connector.

Level gauge equipped.

Temperature Controller Panel Description

The intelligent temperature controller does not need to adjust the controlling parameters under normal circumstance. It will self-adjust controlling parameters according to room temperature for meeting equipment cooling requirements.
User also can adjust the water temperature as needed.
