Cut lengths as necessary using a fine-tooth saw and mitre box. Finish joints and small gaps using a compatible adhesive or filler.

Avoid solvent-based adhesives and paints, as these may damage the material.

What You Receive:

• 2 separate corner pieces, each measuring 20cm in length.

• The two sections can be positioned and joined together during installation to form a complete internal corner.

External Corner – 20cm

Pre-cut corner sections designed for standard 90° external corners.

What You Receive:

Aluminium Light Isolation Tape – 20 Metres

A separately selectable 20-metre aluminium tape accessory for lining the recessed LED channel.

• Helps reflect light towards the ceiling.

• Helps reduce unwanted light transmission through the XPS material.

• Can improve the appearance of indirect LED lighting.

Please Note: Selecting the aluminium tape variation does not include coving or LED strip lights.

Installation Guidance

1. Ensure the wall and ceiling surfaces are clean, dry, stable and suitable for installation.

2. Measure and cut the coving to the required length using a fine-tooth saw and mitre box.

3. Apply a suitable water-based adhesive designed for polystyrene.

4. Position the coving and finish the joints and gaps using a compatible adhesive or filler.

5. Paint using water-based emulsion paint if required.

6. Apply aluminium foil tape inside the recessed LED channel before installing a compatible LED strip.

Avoid solvent-based adhesives and paints.

• Each full-length coving section measures 2 metres.

• Multiple-length variations contain the corresponding number of individual 2-metre sections.

• Corner sections are designed for standard 90° angles and require joining during installation.

• The sample, corner and aluminium tape variations do not include full-length coving.
