This is the genuine high quality, high pressure hydraulic needle valve manufactured in the USA by Enerpac, not a cheap copy. Suitable for pressure up to 10,000 psi or 700 bar. Used for fine adjustment and smooth flow of hydraulic fluid from zero pressure to full flow in 7 full rotations of the handle. This allows (for example) the safe lowering or ascent of loads with the infinite adjustment of flow rate.
