For prevention of bed sores and hardening the skin of the feet. Action: surgical spirit acts to tighten, harden and disinfect the outer layer of the skin. It also contains castor oil to help prevent dryness and cracking. For external use only. Do not apply to broken skin. Caution: this preparation is flammable, keep away from a naked flame. Do not use if you are sensitive to any ingredient or when pregnant or breast feeding except on the doctors advice. Further Precautions: contains ethanol: frequent use may produce irritation and dry skin. If you accidentally swallow some see a doctor straight away. Do not use after the expiry date. Side effects: when used as directed there are no known side effects. Accidental swallowing may produce side effects which may be serious and not immediately noticeable.
