We accept returns and are always willing to help our customers. If the item arrives damaged, contact us first. We require pictures to be sent to us. Once we have assessed the damage, we will either refund or replace for a new item. We may also lodge a claim with Australia Post or the Courier Company in question for damaged items and may require your assistance.

We will accept returns with the item having to be returned to us within 30 days of you receiving it, for full refund of purchase price less postage & handling costs.
