17. Small dangle pink hearts with a front and back. These have small holes and work with a pair of reversed silver posts which no longer have ends. Posts and hearts included. This combo will not work on dolls with extra large holes but mid to smaller pin holes can accommodate them.

These were a Holiday Barbie accessory and it appears the dangles were made for thin metal posts but thicker wide plastic earrings were used instead thus necessitating the thread needed to keep them attached. Drops appear to be a metal/plastic blend.

Post penetrates the pearl and tips are visible on the ends. these (deliberately bent almost double) nickel color post and white pearl earrings are among Mattel's first attempt to safely reproduce these earrings which were like straight pins on the original dolls in the 1960s.
