Missing parts, there is a ferris wheel of ghosts that is supposed to attach to the back and it is missing.  No metal bracket and no ghosts for the spinning part.  See pics.

The hub where the ferris wheel would attach works/rotates. But the metal bracket and ghosts are missing from the box.

This Comes with the power supply, forgot to picture.
