This is a Ladies #52 Clay Matthews Super Bowl XLV jersey.  Everything is sewn on in team colors.  The measurements are as follows:  Armpit to armpit is 18 inches.  Front neckline to jersey bottom is 21 inches. From the top of the back neckline to jersey bottom is 26 inches and across the bottom of the jersey is 19 inches.  It remains in very good condition.  The gold neckline features "sparkly" stones.  It has been worn but it remains in good condition.
