Return Policy

• If you are not satisfied with your product, please contact us within 7days after the purchasing date and we can do everything possible to resolve your problem. Item must be returned within 30 days of the receipt.
• Item must be packed in original packaging - Items will not be accepted if they are in any way worn washed damaged or in any condition that they cannot be resold again.
• We cannot refund the postage cost if any item wants to return due to personal taste or mistakes with incorrect sizes, Refund will be issued after minus postage cost
• On the returned items the cost of the postage & packaging will be paid by the customers. Please note we cannot refund any item that has not reached us.
• Free postage items will be refunded minus £2.99
• Genuinely faulty goods will be replaced or money refunded, however, we must be advised of any faulty goods upon receipt of the item. It is the customer’s responsibility to pay for and ship the item back to us. If the item is found to be faulty, we will also refund the reasonable cost of return postage which will be a maximum of £3.99
