Flair SE5a model - Laser-cut rib set & primary fuselage formers

Note: This set is not a complete kit. A plan is not included, and additional materials are required to complete the model.

SE5a. Scale WWI Fighter for radio control. Scale is 1/6, for .40 to .60 size engines. This is an after-market rib set to suit the Flair SE5a - they are not OEM parts.

The box contains the following 93 laser-cut parts

• 51 Ribs & riblets and parts in 2.4mm balsa
• 4 Dihedral braces in 1.5mm aircraft ply.
• 12 wing strut ribets in 1.5mm aircraft ply
• 16 wing strut horns in 1.5mm aircraft ply
• Ribs are cut with a small 'vent' hole to alleviate the 'ballooning' issue when film covering.
• Ribs are cut with ‘pop-out’ servo wire holes and are also marked with the original single servo pushrod positions

• 13 x primary fuselage formers cut in 3mm lite ply
• 2 lower half outside fuselage sides cut in 3mm lite ply
• 2 lower halves inside fuselage sides cut in 1.5mm aircraft ply
• 1 fuselage bottom air-vent cover (not shown in photo) cut in 3.0mm liteply

• For clarity, photo 2 shows ribs for one wing only.
• No plan included. This is not a complete kit
