Framed picture

Kings Cross

by Robert Nixon

A dramatic scene of the famous LNER London terminus in the 1920s shows no fewer than three of Gresley's magnificent locomotives. They were renowned for being fast, powerful and economical locomotives.

The only preserved example, Flying Scotsman, can still be seen running, complete with double chimney and smoke deflectors.

Please that 2750 should really have the super heater bulges on its boiler but these are missing in this picture!!

Smart picture framed in an A4 (30 x 21 cm, 12 x 8.3 inch) size frame.
