■ How to use ■
(1) The knife will shift from right to left. Lift the handle slightly, hold the red handling ball (return knob) with the other hand and bring it to the right end.
(2) Fold the noodle dough extended and put it on the chopping board.
(3) Adjust the thickness and thinness of the noodles.
(4) Just by lightly lifting and lowering the kitchen knife, it will be sent automatically.
(5) If it goes down to the left end, please return it to the right end again and go ahead.
