Ballerina length wedding dress is embossed ivory tulle with a wide, scooped neckline and bracelet length pointed sleeves. The bodice is closely fitted and the dress has a full circle skirt. Can be worn with a full petticoat for extra "oomph" as shown in the third photo. Sleeves are very closely fitted. The fabric has a "flocked" look achieved with what looks like a type of paint making the patterns on the tulle. The paint is a bit scratchy but the dress is fully lined. Closes at the back with a lot of tiny hooks and thread loops, you will need to have someone with nimble fingers to hook you into it. The lining is rayon. No labels, it's a custom made dress - 1950s.
Petticoat worn in photo 3 is not included.
Measurements
Small
Condition
Fair. It has a few minor issues as shown but presents well. A small spot on a sleeve, a number of other small spots which are lost in the fullness of the skirt. A number of holes in the lining - the holes in the bodice have been patched with adhesive patches so that the holes don't show through the lace. The skirt lining has some old patches, a few darns and a number of small holes, none of which can be seen while the dress is being worn.
