RETURNS--

For the safety of The Goose and YOU, all of our food, makeup/skincare/hair care/household products are returnable ONLY if the following conditions are met:

Message us and let us know the problem.  The Goose is quick to respond to messages. 

Obtain a return authorization from The Yellow Goose Store. 

All products MUST be returned to The Goose in original packaging, unopened, untested, unsealed and unused

If product was part of a set, the compete set must be returned and ALL components of the set MUST meet the requirements in #3.

Buyer is responsible for return shipping.  

If all the above requirements have been met, The Goose will issue a refund of the original purchase price MINUS the original, verified shipping charge. 


In the event of a misrepresentation of a product: 

• The Goose will gladly accept the return and issue a refund immediately upon receipt.  

• PLEASE NOTE:  All computer/phone/tablet screens show varying degrees of color.  We attempt to show you the best color representation possible.  A difference in color is NOT a misrepresentation. 

• Misrepresentation returns must also comply with the #3 and #4 listed above.  If you feel a product has been misrepresented, please message The Goose via ebay messaging service.  

• We will attempt to work out a solution with you.
