This RARE find is in fair condition. 

The magazines seems to have been stored in a damp place because it shows signs of water damage.  There aren't any water stains, but some rippling of the pages is present. 

Magazine will be shipped via Priority Mail shipping and will be protected from possible damage while enroute.
