Our standard fold direction is two-pieces divided along the longest dimension (the length) of the spa. This means the fold runs along the middle of the length, and when folded, the cover creates two halves along its longest side.

• Please note: Measurement value in the menu's above are based on your actual spa size and not the spa cover. The spa cover will be slightly larger to ensure the cover not too tight a much better fit. (up to +10mm tolerance in the length & width on the underside in most cases). No returns on any custom made spa covers, please double check your spa measurements are correct before purchasing.

• The foam inserts are not covered by warranty. Spa covers are designed to keep the heat in and the dirt out. They are not intended for walking, laying down, jumping on, or similar activities as this is a serious hazard that could lead to serious injury.
• You must remove the spa cover for one hour after adding chemicals.

 DELIVERY

Price of postage is calculated from your postcode in Australia.

Shipping time can vary depending on your location across Australia.

Please note: some remote rural areas  are not available for door to door delivery by courier and will need to be picked up from courier depots. Unfortunately this is out of our control and once the delivery reaches the designed depot you will be advised of the pick up location.

Tracking number will be provided.

Metro locations generally can take the freight company between 1 to 6 business days for delivery, while rural areas can be anywhere between 5 to 15 business days.

If no one is home to accept delivery, we will organise the freight company to leave the spa cover on the property (Authority to Leave).

Covers will be dispatched within 5 business days of order being placed, payment being cleared and clear mesurements being provided.
