If we have your purchase in our UK warehouse it will be shipped to you the same or next day.
Sometimes, however, your order may have to come from the warehouse in Germany. This will normally add 8-10 working days to the processing time.
This should be reflected in the shipping time quoted on the eBay listing.

Returns Policy:
All items can be returned within 14 days of receiving your goods; however, they must be in the original packaging and not show any signs of attempted fitting.
It is the buyer’s responsibility to pay for return postage.
Once items have been returned to us, we will inspect them and issue a refund.
